Salus trust HMO has an extensive network of providers consisting of hospitals and clinics across the nation. We currently have several hundreds of healthcare providers across every state of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory of Abuja. Our facilities range from private to public sector institutions, some affiliated to religious organizations, who offer a wide scope of healthcare services at primary, secondary and tertiary levels to our enrollees. A detailed engagement process of proposal exchange, hospital visitation and credentialing is carried out before signing agreements with our providers and quarterly visits for supportive supervision are carried out according to NHIS guidelines.
Each zone is coordinated by a team of doctors who serve as care coordinators with nurses as support staff. Each team is responsible for quality assurance, provider and client relationship, claims processing and enrollee case management amongst several other duties. All the teams report to the Head of Medical Services.
